Nanjing Port Machinery Plant (NPMP), located in the north suburb of the scenic city of Nanjing, joining the Jinpu Railway line on its north and facing Changjiang River on its south, has convenient communications and transportation and favorable conditions.

　　 Established in 1958, NPMP is a specialized enterprise designated by the Ministry of Communications of PRC to produce various kinds of port machinery and equipment for operating, communicating and transporting cargo, has four main workshops and thirteen offices, possesses 800 units various kinds of producing equipment and several units of large capacity gantry cranes for installing and inspecting large machinery in plant. We always lay stress on training qualified personnel, have possessed a large number of managerial and technical personnel and skilled workmen at present. Our plant has a capacity of designing, producing, installing, and developing various kinds of port machinery. Our plant’s products have been widely used in twenty provinces, some products have been exported to Singapore, Korea, Bangladesh, etc.
